Car Plus Motors

Hey everyone. I've been lurking for a while. Has anyone here bought from Car Plus Motors before? I keep seeing their ads and some of the prices on their site (carplusmotors.com) look almost too good to be true. A little nervous about buying a car from an online auction I've never used. Are they legit? Looking for some honest feedback before I consider bidding.

They're legit. I bought a 2021 F-150 from Car Plus Motors last year. The process was straightforward. Was a bit worried about the paperwork side of things, but I was relieved when the clean title arrived right with the truck during delivery. They handled all the bank lien paperwork seamlessly.

I can vouch for them too. Got a Sea Ray boat from CarPlusMotors. The best part was not having to chase down the title from the previous owner's bank. It was all handled by their team and arrived perfectly with all the official transfer documents. Great experience.

My experience was 99% positive. I won a Honda CR-V and the car is great. My only minor issue was that it took them about 48 hours to reply to my initial email query sent to office@carplusmotors.com. I got a little antsy, but once they replied, the agent was super helpful and answered all my questions. I'd probably just call next time.

@sara_k_91 Good tip, calling is usually faster with any business these days. I've bought 3 vehicles from Car Plus Motors now. Their website carplusmotors.com is one of the easier auction sites to navigate imo. For a repo auction house, they are one of the most transparent ones I've dealt with.

We bought our Jayco RV through Car Plus Motors. It was a huge purchase to make online but we saved a ton compared to local dealers. The condition report was very detailed and accurate, which gave us the confidence to bid.

Just adding another positive vote for carplusmotors. Scored a 2022 Tacoma TRD from them. The delivery was a bit delayed, came on Thursday instead of Tuesday, but the shipping company kept me updated the whole time so it wasn't a blind wait. The truck is flawless.

Wow, thank you all for the detailed replies! This is incredibly helpful. The title issue was my biggest fear, so hearing multiple good experiences on that from @FordMan_79 and @BigTuna77 is really reassuring.

A friend of mine bought a Corvette project car from Car Plus Motors and had me check it out upon arrival. I was very impressed that the vehicle condition matched the online description perfectly. They didn't try to hide any of the cosmetic issues, which is a good sign of an honest seller.

The key is to read the reports and look at all the pics. I think carplusmotors does a good job documenting their vehicles. I got a great deal on a Lexus ES350 that just needed some minor cosmetic work.

Been watching for a clean WRX on there. A buddy of mine got his Outback from CarPlusMotors and he said the whole thing was smooth from bidding to home delivery. Makes me confident to keep looking.

If you're in the market for a heavy-duty truck, Car Plus Motors is a solid option. Better inventory than most local auctions I've seen. Found a RAM 3500 for my business there.

I found the bidding process on carplusmotors.com a little confusing at first, but their FAQ section cleared it up. Once you get the hang of proxy bidding, it's actually pretty easy. Won a really clean Golf GTI.

Nice to see a positive thread on these guys. They deserve it. Car Plus Motors is one of the good ones in the online auction space. They get some awesome muscle cars sometimes.
